Earning points
Points come from things Twitch can confirm: chatting, subs, gifts, Bits and raids in Rogue Rally channels. We never track or guess watch time.
The five ways to earn
Chatting
3–8 per message
By the streamer's rank (see below). 50 rewarded messages per streamer per day. Repeats, bot commands and rapid-fire messages don't count.
Your first sub
25
Once per streamer, ever. Resubs to the same streamer don't earn it again.
Gifting subs
50 per gift
Up to 5 rewarded gifts per streamer each month.
Cheering with Bits
1 per Bit
Up to 1,000 points per streamer each month.
Raiding
100+
+50 for each rank the streamer is below you. Live 90+ minutes first, up to 3 raids a day, once per streamer every 24 hours.
Bonus: inviting friends

When someone joins with your invite link they get 50 welcome points. You get 100 once they've earned 100 points themselves. Up to 10 paid invites a month. Your invite link
On Kick too: With Kick linked, chatting, first subs, gifted subs and Kicks in Rogue Rally channels on Kick earn exactly the same points as on Twitch (1 Kick counts as 1 Bit), with the same limits. Kick doesn't tell apps about raids, so raids on Kick don't earn points.
Chat points per message
Decided by the streamer's rank: the higher their rank, the more each message earns. Live now shows the amount on every stream.

Streamers without a rank yet count as Bronze. Up to 50 rewarded messages per streamer per day.
Raid points
Raids pay a flat amount, more when you raid someone ranked below you. The number of viewers you bring doesn't matter.

You need to have been live for 90+ minutes. Up to 3 rewarded raids a day, and once per streamer every 24 hours.
What doesn't earn points
- Repeating the same message, or messages that are too short.
- Bot commands (messages starting with !).
- Rapid-fire messages: there's a short cooldown between rewarded messages.
- Chatting in channels that aren't approved Rogue Rally streamers.
- Chatting, gifting subs or cheering in your own channel (supporting others does count, even while you're live).
- Resubs to a streamer you already subbed to before.
- Activity over a limit. You'll get a notification when you hit a chat limit.
Limits and resets
- At most 1,500 points a day across everything, so nobody can race ahead.
- Daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC.
- Monthly limits (gifts, Bits) reset at 00:00 UTC on the 1st.
- The once-per-streamer raid limit is a rolling 24 hours.
Spending points
Points are a running score for supporting the community. Spend them in the rewards catalog. Spending never lowers your rank: rank is based on the points you earned this season. Points have no cash value and can't be traded.
Every point is explained: Each point you get is recorded with the reason and the numbers used (like the streamer's rank). If something looks wrong, ask a moderator to check it.
